Privacy Policy

Run Loop LLC (“Loop,” “we,” “us”) builds and operates cloud-hosted teams of AI agents for business customers. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and the controls you have. We aim for plain English over legalese.

01 Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Information you give us. Account details (name, business email, organization), billing details processed by our payment processor, messages you send us, and content you submit to your AI agent teams.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps), product telemetry (feature usage, error events), and cookies required to keep you signed in.
  • Information from third parties. Identity and authentication data when you sign in via SSO providers, and limited business data from sub-processors used to deliver the service.

02 How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Loop service.
  • To operate the AI agent teams customers configure, including orchestrating model providers and tools on the customer’s behalf.
  • To bill customers and prevent fraud.
  • To communicate with customers about their account, the service, and material changes to this policy.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do notuse customer content to train foundation models. Customer content is used only to run the customer’s own AI agent team and produce the outputs the customer requests.

03 Sub-processors

We use a small number of vetted third-party providers to deliver Loop, including cloud infrastructure providers, model providers, authentication providers, observability tooling, and a payment processor. A current list of sub-processors is available on request and is published on the Loop trust portal as it becomes generally available.

04 Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as the account is active and as required by law thereafter. Operational logs are retained on a rolling window appropriate to the service tier. Customer content is retained according to the customer’s workspace settings; on workspace deletion, customer content is removed from primary systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

05 Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, and a defined incident-response process. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage customers to use SSO, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication.

06 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

07 International transfers

Loop is operated from the United States. If you access Loop from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and any other country where our sub-processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers of personal information.

08 Children

Loop is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account administrators and noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page.
